This is your show-stopping Sunday Roast minus any effort on your part. Slow oak-smoked prime rib is an experience that cannot be put into words.

We start with a whole CarniStore 365 ribeye slab, seasoning liberally with our CarniRub and glazing with Moutarde marinade before firing slowly to an internal medium-rare doneness.
