Our new favorite sausage is this Italian-American BBQ staple. These sausages are coarse ground with the perfect blend of seasoning. You'll get the fennel and sage, as well as that savory red pepper kick to round it all out. As usual with any of our products, this is just meat and seasoning in a natural casing... no fillers, binders, preservatives, gluten, soy, sugar or any other other additives.
