How is my meat packaged for delivery?
All orders are vacuum-sealed for freshness and shipped in insulated boxes with medical-grade gel packs to ensure your meat stays at a safe, chilled temperature during transit.
Where does CarniStore source its products?
We partner exclusively with sustainable farms that prioritize ethical animal husbandry. Our beef is grass-fed, and our poultry is pasture-raised without the use of hormones or antibiotics.
When can I expect my delivery?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM are eligible for next-day delivery. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your package in real-time.
Can I freeze the meat upon arrival?
Yes. Because our meat is vacuum-sealed, it is perfect for the freezer. It can be stored in its original packaging for up to 6 months without risk of freezer burn.
What is your return policy for perishable goods?
Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with the quality or condition of your order, please contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
